If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

2. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will contact you with an estimated return or exchange delivery date and time of shipment. Please carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3. Once we receive your returned item(s), if it is an exchanged item, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days. If the item you are exchanging is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. If, however, it is only returned item, refund will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving the item.

Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
