Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is as stress-free as possible.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or an exchange. You can reach us by email wajdiattires@gmail.com or through Instagram @wajdi.attires, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will contact you with an estimated return or exchange delivery date and time of shipment. Please carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), if it is an exchanged item, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days. If the item you are exchanging is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. If, however, it is only returned item, refund will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving the item.
Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
